I've been dying to share this fiesta of color with you and had to wait until we received our re-order of the centerpiece, a beautiful floral from Leah Duncan's new Maya collection. Seen now on our home page gallery, I've paired it with some prints from Amy Butler's Lark and Joel Dewberry's Modern Meadow and Heirloom collections, as well as a vintage Pyrex Design from Michael Miller. The combination of tomato red, saffron yellow, and navy, evokes such a warm, down to earth feel. If the palette were a comfort food, I think I'd have to go with cheese topped pork tamales. Like a sprig of cilantro, the jade green adds a little zest and a sublte hint of sophistication. Love it - outdoor patio pillows here I come!
