We hope the long weekend allowed for extra sewing time! I know our staff too more than a few sewing projects home with them and I can't wait to get to the shop tomorrow to see what they've whipped up! This Mexican holiday has been welcomed the world over, with festivities looming on November 1st! What better way to honor your loved ones that have passed with lots of love and laughter, on that day and as you sew up clothing, acessories, table linens and runners in the days ahead. As a child of the 80's I'll always have a special place in my heart for mix tapes, 45's, high tops, and Swatch Watches, and I think Amy Adams feels the same way! These butterflies are hard to catch but we've managed to get the entire Windged collection from Bonnie Christine for Art Gallery BACK IN FULL, knits and voiles included!!! Rather serendipitously, I stumbled across this adorable Cricket Dress from Brownie Goose, seen here in Winged Plumage Knit. The dress is a great transitional clothing choice, for with leggings or tights, this look will take you through fall and winter, and all the way to spring!
